SUBSTANCE: the method consists in use of the relation between the voltage applied to the first nonlinear electric circuit containing two p-n-junctions connected in opposition and alternating current flowing in this circuit; the voltage applied to the first nonlinear electric circuit is produced by passage of input current via the second nonlinear electric circuit identical to the first one as far as the temperature characteristic is concerned, but differing from it by the nonlinearity mode, as well as due to introduction of additional p-n-junctions to the first nonlinear circuit.
