FIELD: forestry and agricultural engineering, in particular, cultivation of soil in cutover lands with stones and stumps. SUBSTANCE: safety device has rotary beam with working tool supported from below by stop. Hydraulic cylinders are combined into common main line and each hydraulic cylinder is pivotally positioned between beam and frame. Main line in conjunction with high pressure accumulator is connected with springless end cavity of slide distributing mechanism having body, slide, spring, groove and spring end cavity. Springless end cavity is connected with groove through return valve. Low pressure accumulator is communicated with groove and, through return valve, with spring end cavity of slide distributing mechanism. Spring end cavity is communicated through return valve with compensating tank provided with floating piston. Safety valve is positioned between low pressure accumulator and compensating tank. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation by automatic maintaining of predetermined pressure in hydraulic cylinders independent of working fluid leakage and outer atmosphere temperature effects, reduced loading of construction and reduced draft of soil tillage tool. 3 dwg
