FIELD: forestry and agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: safety device has telescopic cylinder pivotally mounted between frame 4 and beam 5. Flexible members formed as barrel-shaped capsules 3 filled with gas are positioned into cylinder. Capsules are made from resilient material and have spherical bottoms. Spherical side surfaces and bottoms of flexible members have equal outer radii. Thickness of walls is determined by ratio: S=0.15-0.30R, where R are radii of side surfaces and bottoms of flexible members, S is thickness of their walls. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
