SUBSTANCE: turnable beam 2 of tool 3 and flexible member 4 engaging with two-link lever mechanism are secured of frame 1. Links 5 and 6 of lever mechanism are interconnected by hinge joint 7 to form obtuse angle and are hinge-connected by free ends with implement frame 1 and tool beam 2. One end of flexible member 4 engages with lever mechanism link 5, and other end, with frame 1 or beam 2. EFFECT: improved reliability of safety device owing to dispensing with hydraulic seals and connections. 2 dwg
