SUBSTANCE: the panel has flexible or stiff base 1 of different thickness and of different materials depending on the fact on what it is to be placed. Wood sheet 3 is attached to base 1 by means of a layer of glue 2. Sheet 3 is subjected to shaping operation for outlining of several segments, whose repetition gives the main ground. Several channels 5 are made on sheet 3 between segments 4, they provide for flexibility of the obtained panel as a result of which it can be fitted to the surfaces of a different shape in the best way.
