FIELD: production of building materials, including step of roasting materials. SUBSTANCE: improvement is used within framework of conventional technology for producing cement clinker in rotary kiln to remove harmful impurities causing skull formation. This conventional technology comprises steps of charging feedstock flour, subjecting flour to stage-wise heating with off-gases in cyclone heat exchangers, and roasting feedstock flour in rotary kiln. Inventive novelty resides in following: after final heating stage, portion of feedstock flour is separated from main process flow, subjected to cooling and charged onto clinker-transporting conveyer, on which this additionally charge portion of flour is uniformly mixed with bulk of clinker. EFFECT: lower capital investments; lower fuel and electric energy consumption. 2 dwg
