FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for combined production of portland cement clinker and sulfur dioxide by using calcium- and sulphate-containing component of natural anhydrite or wastes from production of phosphorus-phosphogypsum- or boric-borogypsum-acid. Method comprises drying sulphate-containing material, pre-heating and dehydration in counterflow motion of fine products and exhaust gases from the rotary furnace and desulphurisation in the fluidised bed with fuel supply - oil coke, serving simultaneously as a heater and reducing agent during desulphuration, wherein before supply into rotary kiln, desulphurisation products of sulphate-containing component in form of calcium oxide are mixed with prepared aluminosilicate and iron-containing components. Sulfuric gas after desulphurisation together with products of oil coke combustion after heating, dehydration and drying of sulphate-containing material is supplied to production of sulfuric acid.
EFFECT: technical result is increased output of sulfur dioxide, high quality of cement clinker and stabilization of operation of desulphuriser and rotary furnace.
