FIELD: production of polymer compositions on the base of epoxy resins used for manufacturing compounds having common and electroinsulation purposes. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises, wt.p.: epoxy resin on the base of polyglycidyl ether of bis-phenol A, 100, active diluent, 35-42; tertiary catalytic system comprising dicyane diamide, 12-20; methylolated melamine-formaldehyde resin, 2.9-5.0; p-toluene sulfamide-formaldehyde resin, 2.0-2.9; aluminium oxide, 190-202; carbon black, 1.0-1.2; aerosil, 1.7-1.9; and, if it is necessary, organic ester of phosphoric acid as fireproofing compound. Aluminium oxide, carbon black and aerosil are used as filler. Viscosity of composition at 70 C is 24300-25200 sP, its hardening period at 125 C is 2.5-4.0 h, working life is not less than 1 year.
