FIELD: medicine, leprology. SUBSTANCE: 1-2 h before intraplant mice infection with leprosy mycobacterium suspension passaged from human in mice 0.6% hydrogen peroxide solution is administrated in mouse paw at the dose 0.03-0.06 ml per a mouse. Method provides significant increase of leprosy mycobacteria growth in inoculation site and development of generalized process in the form of lepromatous structures in lung and spleen of mice in 5-7 months after infection.
