SUBSTANCE: mice should be infected intraplantarly by Shephard's model. Moreover, it is necessary to apply fodder-medicinal mixture consisting of combined feedstuff, at 300 mg horseradish root/kg combined feedstuff. Peroxidase activity in horseradish root corresponds to 100 U/g. The mixture should be introduced in combination with the solutions of potassium iodide at the dosage of 0.2-0.4 mg/kg and potassium bromide at the dosage of 0.1-0.2 mg/kg murine body weight. The intake should be fulfilled daily perorally. The innovation increases antimicrobial action.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
