Layer of charge is manufactured in the from of funnel to achieve averaging and uniformity of charge laying in furnace, its shaft is inclined with reference to axis of furnace mounted in carrier for rotation of carrier relative to axis of furnace and of funnel - with regard to its inclined shaft. For increase of reliability and simplification of operational conditions rotation drive of funnel and rotational drive of carrier have possibility of separated adjustment of rotational speed.
