FIELD: ferrous metallurgy, namely equipment for charging blast furnaces. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes arranged successively along furnace axis intermediate hopper with double-cone gas closure, intermediate funnel with unit arranged inside it and designed for rotating rotary distributor placed under furnace crown, cone guiding funnel placed under outlet opening of intermediate funnel and joined through suspended brackets with drive mechanisms for hoisting it vertically. Movable funnel allows to quickly eliminate possible breakdown of furnace due to increased non-uniformity of charging material to predetermined point of surface of burden on furnace top. Such apparatus enhances efficiency of furnace by 2.2% and lowers coke consumption by 4%. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency . 1 dwg
