FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: this can be used in opencast development of watered mineral deposits. According to method following procedure is adopted: deposit is exposed, overburden and mineral are mined in benches, pillars are formed, overburden ground mass is dumped into worked-out space behind pillar, mineral is extracted and loaded out. Lower working bench of mineral is developed in sub-benches. Mineral material from upper sub-bench is extracted and placed on upper working area into dewatering pile. Formed from lower sub-bench is subwater pile at bench slope, it is worked, and mineral is placed into dewatering pile. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 dwg
