FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be applied in the open-pit mining of watered mineral deposits using an excavator, reduces the loss of minerals. The method includes opening a deposit, developing overburden and minerals by benches, forming pillars, laying rocks in the worked-out space as a whole, dewatering with discharge of quarry water into a settling tank created on the surface at the first stage of work or into the worked-out space as a whole in subsequent stages, shipment of useful fossil. Laying of overburden into the worked-out space is carried out behind pillars, and minerals on the upper site into a dewatering pile with its subsequent shipment. The opening of the deposit is carried out alternately in areas separated by pillars, then dewatering is carried out at the mining area with pumping of water to the non-working area and the mineral is being excavated to the soil of the productive layer, after which the following sections are worked out. The development of the field ends with the excavation of pillars between the areas with dewatering by pumping water into the worked-out space behind the overburden dumps and with the formation of a pile of minerals outside the contours of the developed areas.
EFFECT: invention reduces the area and perimeter of the watered working pit, and simplifies the dewatering.
