SUBSTANCE: device incorporates cooler-heater 1, unit 2 controlling condensation surface, meter 3 of temperature of condensation surface 4, first analog-to-digital converter 5, second analog-to-digital converter 6, generator 7 of quantizing pulses, first register 8, second register 9, subtracter 10, level detector 11, key 12, recording unit 13. During operation of device first register records last measurement value and second register - previous one. If difference between two values obtained in subtracter reaches specified level then corresponding signal goes to recording unit 13 which records temperature of dew point.
