FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used for measurement of humidity of gaseous media. Method of measurement of dew point temperature is base upon fact that current is passed through thermoelectric transformer while temperature of transformer is reduced at constant velocity (Peltier element). Temperature of condensation surface is subject to periodical change by same thermo-electric transformer (Seebeck element) by breaking current line shortly. Dew point temperature and humidity of gas is determined from change in drop between subsequent and previous values of temperature.

EFFECT: improved precision; higher speed of operation.
