SUBSTANCE: device has serial optical circuit of laser, optical unit, lens and cylindrical sealed information carrier, which is located in cylindrical container which is filled with liquid or gas. Stators of drives for rotation and locating information carrier are attached to cylindrical container. In addition device has electronic unit, interferometer which has serial optical circuit of laser, collimator, light-splitting plate, light-splitting cube, two photodetectors, base interferometer, which has compensator and mirror, measuring arm of interferometer which has which is designed as self-reflector, which has lens and mirror which is mounted in its focus. They are located in same housing as rotors of drives for rotation and locating of information carrier. Self- reflector is located inside cylindrical container and is connected to mobile information carrier. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 4 dwg
