SUBSTANCE: device has cutting member for cutting blanks of prescribed length mounted in series with means for arranging the blanks in parallel rows, having clamping cassette with sharp projections for fixing the blanks in rows during the following working operations, means for measuring out doses of drug into each blank, means for measuring out a dose of glue after filling the blank with the drug and means for hardening glue. Unit for metering out glue for soldering one blank end before metering out drug, means for hardening glue before metering out and means for rotating the clamping cassette for maintaining vertical orientation of blanks with their open ends upward are additionally introduced into the device design. Unit for measuring out doses of the drug has disk as base with dispensing openings mounted to enable the unit to slide over smooth surface and includes unit for directing separate drug doses to feeder having rotating spiral spring to be introduced into and removed from the blank.
