FIELD: a hygienic means, in particular, devices for generation of negative- charged light aerons, and devices for air cleaning, applicable in every-day life, medicine, industry, cattle-breeding, poultry forming and other branches of human activities. SUBSTANCE: aeroionizer has a corona-forming electrode and a high- voltage converter mounted in a dielectric casing. The casing is furnished with a connector by means of which the corona- forming electrode is fastened to the casing. The electrode via the connector and a current-limiting resistor is connected to the negative output pole of the high-voltage converter. The positive output pole has a conductive coupling with the power mains. The casing interior is completely sealed by dielectric compound. The corona-forming electrode is made in the form of dandelion. One end of the electrode base is furnished with a mating part of the connector, and attached to the other end are sections of conductor having an electric contact with it and forming a corolla. The electrode base and the conductors forming the corolla are clad by a layer of dielectric (except for the corona-forming conductors). EFFECT: enhanced electric safety, simplified assembly, reduced volume and mass of the whole aeroionizer. 3 cl, 1 dwg
