FIELD: air cleaning and ventilation; dwelling houses, medicine centers, industrial enterprises and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: device consists of emitter- corona-forming negative electrode connected to negative pole of high- voltage source. Emitter is made in form of current-carrying ring with needles uniformly spaced over azimuth of positive electrode connected to positive poles of the same source. System of electrodes and high-voltage source are arranged in insulating housing provided with air intake holes in bottom part. Single-point emitter needles arranged in plane of emitter ring are directed with their points along radii to center of ring. Positive electrode playing the part of collector and gate located in geometrical canter of emitter ring is made in form of cone-shaped body integral with ring-shaped screen placed at its top. Cone-shaped body can be formed by S-shaped generatrix. High-speed little-divergence flow of air cleaned from dust and saturated with negative ions of oxygen is formed at output of device.
