FIELD: tire and industrial rubber industries. SUBSTANCE: claimed method comprises dispersing nitrogen containing polymer and oxygen containing compound to plastic state at 53-80 C in the presence of alkyl phenol amine resin with molecular weight of 1000-1500 or alkylphenol-formaldehyde resin with molecular weight 900-1600 and subsequently applying reaction mixture onto carrier such as silicon dioxide or kaolin, or zeolite, or lignin at nitrogen-containing polymer to alkyl phenol amine or alkyl-phenol- formaldehyde resin to oxygen-containing compound to carrier ratio of 1: (0.5-8.0): (0.05-0.5):(0.1-5.0). Nitrogen containing polymer is polyethylene amine with polymerization degree of 2-90 or polyethylene polyamine with polymerization degree of 2-10 or polyhexamethylene guanidine with polymerization degree of 2-10 or polyhexamethylene guanidine with polymerization degree of 2-90, or salts thereof. Oxygen-containing compound is polyethylene glycol or polypropylene glycol or hydrooxybenzene derivative. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method. 2 tbl
