FIELD: rubber mixes, more particularly manufacture of vulcanization activators for rubber mixes. SUBSTANCE: claimed method comprises treating zinc oxide main component and carrier (silicon dioxide, or talc, or kaolin, or zeolite, or chalk, or calcium silicate, or lignin) with 10-30% aqueous polymeric surfactant solution of general formulae: wherein n₁+n₂+n₃ is 7-100, R₄ is H or CH₃ in amount of 0.1-5 wt % by dry residue or mixture thereof in 1: (0.1-0.90) ratio. The main component is used in amount of 10-60 wt %, and the carrier balance. The claimed method makes it possible to obtain high- quality activator, simplify technology of preparation thereof and widen spectrum of components used. Said components act as carrier.
