FIELD: paint industry, more particularly application of protective coatings onto metallic and non-metallic surfaces. SUBSTANCE: in order to promote binding and strength properties and increase degree of homogeneity, refractory paint comprises alumophosphate binder, pigment and titanium dioxide. Pigment is orange cadmium paint further comprises calcium carbonate and copper oxide, proportions of components being as follows (wt %): 28-40 orange cadmium pigment; 1.6-5.8 silicon dioxide; 1.0-2.0 calcium carbonate; 0.3- 0.5 copper oxide; and ABPhB balance.
