FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to pipeline laying by means of special-purpose machines, namely by rigs for drilling horizontal bore-holes in watered and swampy ground. Device has frame with guide members, carriage movable along guide members of frame, hydraulic cylinders rigidly connected to carriage and clamping plate, drilling mechanism with auger having drilling head made in the form of hydraulic drill rigidly secured in carriage and located coaxially between hydraulic cylinders. Hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic drill are provided with hydraulic hoses which connect them with self-contained hydraulic system, for example with self-contained hydraulic system of standard excavator. Drilling head of auger is of diameter permitting its free displacement inside tube being driven in. This simplifies pipeline laying procedure, improves reliability of device.
