FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: method for installing unit of sectional structure of arched or other geometrical configuration implies assembly of section from panels with their fastening and fixing, heat insulation of joints, connection with mounting devices, setting sections in working position and connection with previously installed section or end-face wall. To simplify and accelerate mounting, reduce internal stresses in framework of section (panel) caused by dynamic and static loads in installing section in working position, assembly of section is performed at vertical position of longitudinal horizontal axis of section with connection of corners of extreme panels with mounting hinges, and upper corners with links of lifting device by means of which section is gradually turned through 90 deg. until it is installed on foundation socle with subsequent connection with earlier installed section, with sealing of joint and mounting of end-face wall, at no external work on surface of arch.
