FIELD: materials handling; transfer of any liquid and gaseous media, except for explosion-hazard ones. SUBSTANCE: pump has pump cylinder and additional cylinder with liquid pistons. Cylinders are placed in communication through their bottom portions. Pump cylinder communicates with atmosphere and with working medium outlet main line through check valves. Additional cylinder has mechanism to let in energy carrier, its igniting and discharge of exhaust gases and is provided with shutoff valves. Liquid piston of additional cylinder has heat resistant material plate floating on liquid. Movement of piston is provided owing to increase in pressure on plate caused by ignition of energy carrier, and return in initial position is provided owing to cooling of gaseous medium as pump cylinders are furnished with cooling system.
