FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: system includes cup-shaped chamber, hollow upright installed on chamber bottom so as to be open to the atmosphere in operating position, seal installed on chamber sides for sealing its space on bottom ground, pump for water pumping out, receiving platform and supply lines for power and life-support in chamber space on bottom ground. Chamber seal is made in the form of hollow torus. Receiving platform is installed over water surface when the system is in operation position. The system is provided with a pump for liquid supply in sealed space, and instrumentation to control pressure in the sealed space, as well as feet installed between bottom ground and chamber bottom when the system is in operational position. The feet may be made in the form of hydraulic cylinders, piston cavity of the cylinders is open to the pump for supplying working liquid through supply line provided with equipment to control pressure.
