FIELD: manufacture of fittings. SUBSTANCE: shut-off regulating valve includes body with passages and seat. Shut-off regulating member arranged in body is provided with shut-off chamfer and tail-piece having regulating edge; shut-off regulating member is connected with control rod. Body is tightly closed with cover. Valve is provided with additional above-valve cavity located between surfaces of shut-off regulating member and part locked axially relative to body and brought in communication with passage between surfaces of holes of seat and tail-piece. Effective areas of shut-off regulating member on side of additional above-valve cavity and above-mentioned passage have different signs axially. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 9 cl, 5 dwg
