FIELD: hydraulic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a shut-off control valve and hydraulic equipment. The valve comprises a body 1 with connecting inlet and outlet channels 2, 3. A seat 4 with a sealing chamfer 5 and a central cylindrical sealing belt 6 and a through hole 7 are installed in the bore of the body 1. A shut-off and control element 8 with coaxial cylindrical guides part 9, mating with the locking chamfer 10 along the outer diameter 11, the reciprocal cylindrical sealing belt 12, the regulating shank 13 and the stem 14. The end of the stem 14 through the sealed hole in the cover 15, hermetically closing the housing 1 and located in relation to the locking and regulating element 8 from the side opposite to the seat 4, goes beyond the body 1 of the valve. In the bore of the housing 1, an inlet cavity 16 is made, connected to the inlet channel 2. In the inlet cavity 16, a cylindrical sleeve 17 with a cylindrical guide 9 is installed coaxial to the shutoff and control element 8 with radial holes 18. The shutoff and control element 8 is made with a piston rigidly connected to it 19, placed inside the locking and regulating element 8 of the bore 20 of the housing 1, with the possibility of sliding the piston 19 along the inner surface of the bore 20. The piston 19 with the bore 20 of the housing 1 and the cover 15 forms a cavity 21, which is connected to the outlet channel 3 through the hole 22, and the cavity 23, which is connected to the drainage hole 24. At the same time, the cylindrical surface of the guide 9 of the shutoff and control element 8 is installed with the possibility of sliding along the inner surface of the cylindrical sleeve 17. The piston 19 is made two-stage, placed inside coaxial to the shutoff and control element 8 of the bore 20 of the body 1, also made in two stages ata, with the possibility of sliding the piston 19 on both internal surfaces of the bore 20. In this case, the diameter of the stage 25 of the piston 19, closest to the inlet 2, exceeds the diameter of the piston of the stage 26, more distant from the inlet 2. The piston 19 of the body 1 forms in the first stage of the bore 20 of the housing 1 cavity 27, which is connected to the inlet channel 2 through the hole 28.
EFFECT: creation of a shut-off and control valve, which, at a fixed value of the area of the passage section, has increased reliability.
