FIELD: box-type magazine for flanged cartridges. SUBSTANCE: a cartridge clip accommodating a spring-loaded feeder is placed inside the magazine case for movement in height. To provide normal feeding of cartridges from the magazine, the cartridge clip should be displaced to the upper position through the control member consisting of a lever placed inside the case and rigidly connected to the axle, and a lever fitted and secured on the same axle from the outside of the case. When it is necessary to quickly replace the ammunition through the ejector opening, the cartridge clip should be lowered; to this end, the lever is turned clockwise.
