MAGAZINE RIFLE Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: small arms. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to magazine rifles with two magazines. Magazine rifle has barrel with barrel extension, underbarrel and box-shaped magazines, base with firing mechanism, forestock with tie-rod, lock and feeding trough with shackle. Proposed rifle is fitted with pusher installed in base for longitudinal movement and interaction with tie-rod of forestock via spring-loaded shackle. Box-shaped magazine is provided with clip arranged inside it and rocking level confining cartridge from underbarrel magazine when cartridge is fed from box-shaped one. Feeding trough has window and side spacings letting clip with cartridges pass and retaining upper cartridge in clip at moment of shot. EFFECT: invention makes it possible to use feeding trough to supply cartridges from both magazines. 4 cl, 7 dwg
