FIELD: rocketry, applicable at creation of high-accuracy missile complexes. SUBSTANCE: missile complex uses a launcher with laying devices, control panel and a guide fastened on its body. A solid-propellant missile is installed on the guide. The guide is made in the form of a rod fastened on the body for spinning, it has at least one longitudinal groove on its surface, and a tube conjugate to the rod is mounted in the missile axis, the tube is fastened in the central opening of the nozzle assembly, in which a pin for the rod longitudinal groove is installed to transmit spinning to the missile. A powder booster with tangential nozzles and slip rings connected to the control panel via spring-loaded contacts is installed in the lower part of the missile. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy due to preliminary spin-up of the missile before launching. 4 cl, 1 dwg
