FIELD: applied meteorology, in particular, inducement of precipitations, prevention of hailstorms and dissipation of fogs. SUBSTANCE: aerosol generator has sprayer and drive with bimetallic plate. When aerosol generator is carried out into atmosphere, bimetallic plate of sprayer drive is exposed to low temperatures. In lower warmer atmospheric layers plate is bent to opposite side to close electric circuit, when temperature reaches predetermined value, and cause response of pyrotechnic charge. Pyrotechnic stop adapted for retaining of sprayer drive stem and bimetallic plate serving as automatic switch for electric circuit facilitate reduction of sprayer drive time lag and, as a result, increase precision of generator response. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities and enhanced reliability in operation. 4 cl, 3 dwg
