FIELD: optical computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: Goal of invention is achieved by introduced input information splitter, control splitter, output splitter and two groups of optical two-state elements. Control input of modulator is connected to input of control input splitter, which outputs are connected to inputs of two-state elements of first group, which outputs are joined to corresponding outputs of input information splitter, which input is connected to information input of device, and are connected to inputs of two-state elements of second group, which direct outputs are absorbing and inverting outputs are connected to inputs of joined arms of output splitter which output serves as device output.
