FIELD: biotechnology, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: yeast strain Exophiala nigrum A-26 is obtained by irradiation of the strain E. nigrum R-11 and deposited in All-Union Collection of industrial microorganisms at N Y-748. At culturing the strain on liquid nutrient media containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium at 18-20 C under aeration for 2-3 days titer is 1-5 x $$$ cells/ml. The obtained suspension is used in plant growing. Suspension has hormones (cytokinins) and enzymes (oxygenases), increases plants yield and their resistance to diseases.
