SUBSTANCE: method of producing a polyfunctional biopreparation for protecting plants from phytopathogens, increasing crop yield, improving sowing properties of seeds, stimulating biological activity of the rhizosphere based on a strain of rhizobacteria Paenibacillus polymyxa P13NK, deposited in Departmental collection of microorganisms for agricultural purposes of FSBSI ARRIAM under registration number RCAM05221, is characterized by the fact that P. polymyxa P13NK strain after storage in the collection at temperature of 4-8 °C is activated by re-seeding on a pea agarised medium, incubated in a thermostat until biomass accumulates for 1-3 days, which is used to obtain an inoculum in a liquid nutrient medium consisting of the following components, g/l: pea decoction 10% – 10.0; food sugar – 10.0; beet molasses – 10.0; (NH4)2SO4 – 1.0; KH2PO4 – 0.5; K2HPO4 – 0.5; MgSO4⋅7H2O – 0.3; CaCO3 – 1.0, incubated for 20-24 hours, with rotation speed of rocker 150-180 rpm, temperature 28 °C, the obtained inoculum is then inoculated with a liquid culture medium prepared based on a corn-steep extract of the following composition, g/l: beet-root molasses – 15.0; corn-steep extract – 15.0; KH2PO4 – 0.5; oil flax press cake – 10.0, in amount of 2-3% of volume of medium, incubated for 48-72 hours at rotation speed of rocker 200-220 rpm, finished preparation represents a light-brown viscous liquid of total titre not less than 1.2 bln and spore titre not less than 570 mln in 1 ml of the preparation.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to protect plants against phytopathogenic microorganisms, to increase crop capacity, to improve sowing quality of seeds and to increase biological activity of rhizosphere.
