SUBSTANCE: apparatus has rubber removal device made in the form of rotors arranged for rotation, device for pinching portion of strip, from which rubber is not supposed to be removed, and device for moving strip relative to rubber removal device. Each rotor has set of disk cutters having different diameters and thicknesses. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 4 dwg
