FIELD: devices for working surfaces of articles, may be used for removing burr and scale, or paint from metal surface, or for peeling works. SUBSTANCE: brush has holder with two rings, each having openings adapted for attachment of U-shaped bundles of wire bristles and arranged along peripheral edge. Each peripheral opening is provided with beading. Paired rings are symmetrically joined to outer side of opening beadings so that openings axes are aligned. U-shaped bundles of wire bristles are fixed in openings by beadings to provide secure attachment of bristles. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities and simplified construction. 5 dwg, 1 ex
