FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: enema has cylindrical liquid supplying and suction pump with piston having stem with return spring and drive pedal. Pump may be made pyriform and manufactured from rubber. Enema body is formed from two sleeves with flanges inserted one within another so as to define annular gap for receiving capillary enema and guiding slot for straightening of capillary enema, when it is introduced into straight intestine. Outer sleeve has window and inner sleeve has capillary enema retainer and plug-piston. Retaining hook is attached to flange. Capillary cylindrical enema is provided with longitudinal and transverse capillaries made from thin-wall strong flexible material and adapted for delivery of liquid. Capillary enema may be placed into annular slot of magazine and is straightened the way similar to hydraulic spring, when liquid is supplied into capillaries. Capillaries outer surfaces are provided with holes-pores for spraying of patient's straight intestine with liquid. Slip knot on front inner surface of capillary enema is adapted to lace it up, when contents of patient's straight intestine are enclosed within it, by means of slip knot end lead behind flange of inner sleeve. Capillary enema has predetermined length and diameter. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 4 dwg
