FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to disintegration and mixing technology in processing of grain material for producing mixed feed and other loose mixtures. Device can be used in flour-milling, food production, chemical and other industries. Device has base 1, outer cone 2, inner cone 3 having tail-piece 4 connected by means of bearing 5 with blind bush 6 and unbalanced weight 7. Blind bush 6 by its lower part is connected with flexible shaft 8 which is secured underneath in hollow shaft 9 seated in radial-thrust bearings 10. Attached to hollow shaft 9 above bearing unit is bladed ventilating wheel 11. Hollow shaft 9 is driven by electric motor 15 by means of V-belt transmission 13. Attached to outer cone 2 is receiving bin 16 connected with vessels 17 intended for micro additives. Mounted below cones on base 1 are air ejectors 18. Air ejector is made up of air nozzle 19, mixture nozzle 20, receiving chamber 21 with inlet pipe union 22, mixing chamber 23, and diffuser 24. Air nozzle 19 is conjugated with receiving chamber 21 through threaded joint 25. Air ejectors 25 are attached to base 1 by means of ball supports 26 and they are fixed by locking caps 27.
