FIELD: sugar-mills. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes vat evaporator 1 provided with heating jackets, pipe lines 6 for supply of steam to jackets, condensate line 9, beet pulp loading and unloading units 3 and 4, mixing unit 2, aspiration pipe 5, and wet cyclone 10 equipped with pipe lines 11 and 12 for supply and discharge of secondary steam and flushing water. Plant is also provided with ejectors 13 and 14, mixing heat exchanger 15, high-pressure steam supply pipe line 17 and low-pressure steam discharge pipe line 18; high- pressure steam pipe line 17 is connected to nozzles of ejectors 13 and 14; pipe line 19 discharging from cyclone is connected to receiving branch pipe of 1st stage compression ejector; receiving branch pipe of 2nd stage ejector; heat exchanger 15 is provided with condensate trap 16 and is connected to diffuser of 1-st stage ejector and condensate line; low-pressure steam discharge pipe line 18 is connected to heat exchanger 15 and pipe line 12 supplying flushing water to cyclone 10 is connected to condensate line 9.
