MOBILE MIXER-FEEDER Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: mixer-feeder has vessel with pouring throat, and wheel pairs. One of wheel pairs is driven wheel pair, which is kinematically connected to electric drive fixed on vessel. Mixer-feeder is equipped with springs disposed under vessel. Propeller is located inside vessel and connected through shaft and coupling to electric engine fixed on cantilevered frame attached to vessel at the side adjoining to non-driven wheel pair. Discharge branch pipe is positioned at vessel side opposite to propeller. Springs are made in the form of resilient hanger arranged between vessel end and non-driven wheel pair. Driven wheel pair is rigidly connected to vessel and is positioned so as to tilt vessel toward discharge branch pipe, when feed weight is reduced. Propeller shaft is provided with unbalancing device. Tilting of vessel and vibratory movement of feed due to increased vessel vibration amplitude with springs released facilitate uniform dispensing of feed. Mixer-feeder of such construction is used in feed mixing and feed preparing apparatuses. EFFECT: simplified construction, increased efficiency and improved quality of feed. 2 cl, 3 dwg
