FIELD: load-handling technology. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for ideal filling with loose material of vessels located in restricted space, such as moulding space of press. According to method, boxes 140, 150 for loose materials are installed on carriage with possibility of their common movement across direction of carriage travel. To prevent stratification of loose material, boxes are provided with drive for their multiple common displacements forward and reverse in lateral direction as to carriage travel direction. Movable shutters which close bottoms of boxes can be displaced along horizontal slots 80. Boxes 140 and 150 are of same lateral geometrical cross-section as vessel to be loaded with material. For locating material at one level, boxes are multiply moved in horizontal plane forward and reverse. Energy transmitted to material during these movements is gradually reduced. Then, sufficiently quickly shutter is removed from lower slot 80 and first batch of loose material falls from box 140 down into vessel actually as one piece. Then by same method shutter is removed from upper slot 80 and second batch of loose material falls from box 150 down into vessel as one piece. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 14 cl, 7 dwg
