FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of rotary distributing unit for distribution of loose material in shaft furnace by rotating distributing element around central axis of shaft furnace and of first, second and third hoppers arranged parallel over rotary distributing unit with set off relative to central axis of shaft furnace. At an upper part of the structure there are positioned the first, the second and the third isolating valves. Each isolating valve consists of a gate rotating between closed isolating position and open initial position. A jacket of the isolating valve has a lower part made in form of a funnel. The upper part of the jacket of the isolating valve has a star-like shape in horizontal section with the central area where inlet orifices are made next to each other on three sides around central axis of the shaft furnace; also, there are the first, the second and the third elongated sections in the upper part.

EFFECT: increased service life of installation.
