SUBSTANCE: displacing junction with mounting bracket assembly to the product transporter cart includes mounting bracket for mounting the biasing assembly to the support and education of the lower level, the movable parallelogram mechanism, connection means and mounting bracket assembly. Parallelogram mechanism is moveable in a vertical plane, whereby the mounting bracket assembly moves between a lowered position and a raised position.
