FIELD: materials storage; sheet steel reservoirs for liquids with holes made in cover and/or bottom. SUBSTANCE: cover 2 of sheet steel reservoir 1 designed for transportation and storage of liquids has central liquid filler hole 3 provided with neck 5 formed in cover 2 square to its surface 4. Plastic or metal ring 6 with external thread 7 is fitted on neck 5. Ring is pressed downwards to surface 4 of cover 2 by means of upper edge 8 of neck 5 rolled outwards. Threaded ring 6 is fixed from turning on neck 5 by joints with geometrical closing (not shown in Drawing). Locking plastic cover 11 is turned onto threaded ring 6. Special steel washer-shaped insert 12 is press-fitted into cover 11. Ring groove is made between outer edge 13 of insert 12 and its ring step 14. Groove 15 serves for accommodation of sealing ring 16 in insert to seal locking cover 11 from rolled outwards upper edge 8 of neck 5. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 5 cl, 3 dwg
