FABRIC FOR UPPER LAYER BACK OF HEAT-RESISTANT AND HEAT-REFLECTIVE OVERALLS Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: production of fabric used to manufacture special-purpose overalls, mitten and boots. SUBSTANCE: fabric contains core and filling twisted threads based on thermostable polymers and has void factor of 0.24-1. Core and filling threads are made homogeneous in the form of complex threads folded once or twice and/or nonhomogeneous. Each twisted nonhomogeneous thread has twisting factor of plus and minus 20 coils/m and is made from two strings-complex threads. Threads are based on polyaramides and/or polyamides with heterocyclic chains and/or polyimides and/or polybenzimidazoles and/or polyoxadiazoles and/or their mixtures. Fabric may further contain threads having thermostable filaments and/or combination of these filaments with complex and nonhomogeneous threads. Such structure of fabric threads allows form stability to be increased, residual extension deformation and lengthening during rupture to be reduced, adhesion strength to be increased and tangential resistance coefficient to decreased.
