Located in body is shear pin. Body is made in the form of ring with end-face threaded passages. Valve is seated in one of these passages. End-face threaded passages have inner annular bore located above valve and it permits communication through itself for casing clearance and inner space of casing string through filter elements, valve and side hole on completion of cementation.
