SUBSTANCE: collar comprises body with circulation orifices and movable differential bush installed in body boring. Movable differential bush is connected to body by means of shear pin and is retained from rotation relative body by means of key connection. Valve is arranged inside differential bush. The valve is made as stepped bush of easy-drillable material and is connected with differential bush by left-handed thread in lower part thereof. Valve wall has circulation orifices closed with screen installed in valve throat. Valve has sleeve-like sealing member made of elastic material and closes circulation valve orifices in closed position. Differential bush and body boring define sealed annular cavity hydraulically communicated with well bore. Sealed annular cavity is filled with gel having density exceeding that of well mud.
