METHOD OF HORIZONTAL WELL COMPLETION Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: oil and gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes tapping of producing formation; lowering of casing string with holes, packers and hole plugs, washing of well; cementing of casing string part above packet and setting of packers in well horizontal part. Packers are designed for filtering of aqueous phase and provided with plugs having shear pins for preparation of packers for operation. Casing string has shutoff valve. Cementing of well horizontal part is carried out together with packer setting and formation of packer-cement bridges. For which purpose, tubing string is lowered into casing string and plug pins are sheared. Shutoff valve is closed by final lowering of tubing string to casing shoe, and cement slurry is injected through tubing string. Filled with this slurry are packer sealing members and intervals between packers. Length of one cement bridge is selected in compliance with offered analytical formula. EFFECT: provided reliable separation of intervals of horizontal part of wellbore. 3 dwg
